The old Philips factory, now hosts two museums: Artificial Light in Art Museum and Incandescent Lamp Factory Museum. The museums exhibit artificial light related objects and equipment and try to educate the visitors into the way artificial light changed society of the last centuries. A visit to Philips incandescent Lamp Factory will show you how light bulbs are being manufactured.

Eindhoven is full of culture; the city has numerous art galleries, exhibition halls like De Overslag which hosts interesting art projects; De Fabriek is a place where artists get together and create art; Temporary Art Centre it's a creation place for a variety of artists as well as a cultural centre where concerts are given, theatre plays or exclusive parties. Eindhoven is one of the greenest cities of The LowLands. Genneper Park lies in the middle of the city and it's very accessible to anyone who would like to bike in a green oasis.
